The two bedroom units sleep up to 6 adults and the three bedroom units sleep up to 10 adults. Docking facilities are available at the site for those who bring their boats.
Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 50% is required within 2 weeks to confirm your booking. The balance should be sent 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We have a minimum stay of 4 days for the unit. The period between Christmas and New Years requires a minimum stay of 7 nights. Please note that at least one member of the party must be 25 years or older.
Prior to arrival, you should advise us of your expected arrival/flight time.
Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am.
Total refunds less processing fee of 20% are provided if cancellation is advised 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations if notified up to 45 days prior to arrival date are subjected to a 50% penalty. There is no refund after this period. |
